Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome to sit with us. The group is grounded in Vipassana (Insight) meditation but any form of silent, still meditation is welcome. We sit on a raised wood dance floor. There are some chairs but you are welcome to bring your own mat, cushion, bench or chair and take them home when you leave.
