A basic Vipassanā /sitting and silent (non-guided) meditation for 20-30 minutes, followed by 5 to 8 minutes of walking meditation (deliberate walking around in a circle feeling connection to the earth) followed by reading and discussion for 20 to 30 minutes. Our first discussion book will be Pema Chodron's book "Start Where You Are" – a wonderful discourse on mindfulness.
